These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and ek77game ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing access to and use of all products, services, and content available at ek77game.app. This includes but is not limited to the sports sportsbook, live PSL betting markets, live dealer casino, slot games, Hi-Lo card games, and the ek77game Loyalty Program.

By completing the ek77game registration process, accessing your ek77game login, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the ek77game platform.

• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ek77game or any of its affiliated companies.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) ek77game account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ek77game login credentials (username and password).
• You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.
• All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised the specific action.

• All bets are accepted subject to these Terms and any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed.
• Bets are not valid until you receive a confirmation notification within your ek77game account. A bet that has not been confirmed is not binding on ek77game.
• ek77game reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without notice, particularly in the event of suspected match manipulation, corrupted data feeds, or other integrity concerns.
• In the event of a market being settled in error, ek77game reserves the right to void and re-settle affected bets using correct data, even after initial settlement has been reflected in your account balance.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to delays. ek77game accepts no liability for bets placed based on information that post-dates the event outcome at the time of placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event type, and individual account status.
• ek77game reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account at its sole discretion, including placing lower maximum stake limits on specific accounts without being required to provide a reason.

The following rules govern use of the ek77game Casino, slot games library, and Hi-Lo card game section:

• All casino and RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes are determined by independently certified software. ek77game does not manipulate or influence game results.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing processes conducted in certified studio environments and streamed in real time. ek77game accepts no liability for connection interruptions during live dealer sessions.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game session, any game round in progress at the time of disconnection will be resolved according to the game's built-in disconnection policy, which is documented within each game's help section.
• Malfunction or technical error during a game round voids all plays and stakes for that round. ek77game will restore the account balance to its state immediately prior to the affected round.
• Certain game titles may be restricted or unavailable based on your account status, jurisdiction, or applicable regulatory requirements.
• Hi-Lo game sessions are governed by the specific rules displayed within the Hi-Lo game interface. The general casino disconnection and technical error policies apply equally to Hi-Lo sessions.

ek77game offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and promotional credits to eligible members from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games are specified in each offer's individual terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance not wagered within the specified time window will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

All content on the ek77game platform — including but not limited to the ek77game brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, software, graphics, text, data compilations, odds data, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ek77game or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ek77game platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of ek77game.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ek77game shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or third-party provider outages.
• Losses resulting from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in PKR transaction processing by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or other banking partners.
• Any loss or corruption of data associated with your account.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ek77game's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ek77game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal instruction from a payment provider in connection with a deposit on your account.
• At the member's own request, including via the self-exclusion tool.

Upon permanent closure of an account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal criteria) will be returned to the member via their verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and any applicable investigation period.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ek77game's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending resolution of a dispute.
